Ramon advises students in the Bachelor of General Studies Program, noncredit students, and graduate students in addition to coordinating professional development and student engagement events. Ramon believes the purpose of advising is to develop strong relationships with students to help them achieve their academic and professional goals. Over the course of three years of advising, he has learned to create a safe and supportive environment for all his advisees. Ramon certainly understands the realities of balancing work and school as he is pursuing his EdD in higher education through Temple’s College of Education and Human Development. When he is not working or studying, he enjoys going to the gym, beach, and spending time with his wife, three cats and puppy.
