Housed within the Center for the Performing and Cinematic Arts, Temple’s School of Theater, Film and Media Arts comprises two outstanding departments, the Department of Film and Media Arts and the Department of Theater. Our majors emphasize professional training with academics and artistry, meaning that you’ll be a part of a passionate and diverse creative learning community comprised of actors, directors, filmmakers and more.
Faculty members are nationally and internationally recognized scholars and professionals. Students gain hands-on experience in their field, with internship and professional development opportunities on stage and behind the camera.
